Tonto dikeh's friend
Nollywood actress, Tonto dikeh has taken to her Instagram page to share an interesting story while using the medium to wish her friend from back in the daya Happy Birthday while recounting how she betrayed a helper/close friend (photo above) because of a man she met.

Below is how she wrote the interesting story:
Happy birthday to a super sweet person, A lady with a golden heart..
Our story fast forward 10years ago..
I came into Lagos with my bags to start a new life as a SUPER GREAT CELEBRITY with little or no money in my pocket…
I struggled but it was all fun and exciting because it was a life I never knew..Excited I finally left HOME?? and my birth city.
I met this young lady who opened up her home and life to me..She lived in Mende,A little one room apartment but it was our heaven..We made mad plans there,We cried together,Laughed together, got broke,Famous and successfully rich together..You never for one day complained about how we miss used your clothes or home or ate your food without contributing to it smh.
Folake I still sit and ponder what kind of woman you truly are…You did all of this and much more and today I can only feel so much shame that when it was my turn to be a true friend like you were I betrayed that love because if a man.
I asked you to leave my home because I too ashamed to let you see that after marriage I was housing a man…I knew you needed me more but I thought I was doing the right thing(How cld I have knew any better)…
I remember how you begged me,knelt down,Cried and prayed with me when I told you I was pregnant with king and I had no intentions of been a mother..You spoke to me just like a true sister and God sent, you told me king wld be the greatest love I wld feel…Ever since that day I loved King, kept him and today am a mom and a Great one cos God used you to save us.
I guess this story is to properly say I adore you,I love you,And I respect you and to tell you AM SO SORRY FOR ALL THE PAINS AND HURT I CAUSED YOU IF I EVER DID..I pray and wish you all the greatest things life has to offer..You deserve the world and if I had it I wld truly spit it up with you..
Am so happy for you, your success, your Life, your kids and everything that concerns you… Folake thank you for being such an awesome woman and letting God use you countless times to make me a GREAT PERSON.
Folake may my God elevate and catapult you into you next realm of glory.
Happy birth my Aboro,My Daba Daba,My Oyibo Albino??
Love you so much from your SON KING & I?

Baddoo: I might not marry my babymama – Olamide [Photos]

Its no longer news that Rapper Olamide, has since joined the trend of celebrity baby daddies.
In recent interview with Andre Blaze, the ‘Shakiti Bobo’ crooner, opened up on his love life, his plans for his baby mama and lots more.
Speaking on having a kid, he said, I’m very happy with the fact that I have a kid right now. I just can’t live that young and reckless ‘Mr. Man’ kind of life anymore (Laughs). Fatherhood is very nice, it’s good. I wasn’t scared at all. I’ve been longing to have a baby since I was in SS3 but I wouldn’t want to have a baby that’s going to come to this world and suffer. I think I’m good financially. I’m more mature and all that.
On his relationship with his baby’s mother, “We’re very cool. We’ve been cool from way back and we’ve been together for almost 5 years now. It’s not just some random chic that came around from nowhere. That’s just it. But the question of marrying her, that one is very hard to answer because Olamide is not God. Only God knows tomorrow.”

He also shared his biggest fears, ” my major fear is not making Heaven; the second one is failure. Nobody thought it was going to be this big for me…or for someone coming from Bariga, and you’re not even doing like Pop, RnB or something. You’re rapping, like rap doesn’t even really sell like that in Nigeria. And now you’re coming from the ghetto, and you’re not doing English rap. But glory be to God, I did a lot of hard work and it has paid for me. The grace of God has really helped me as well,’ he said.

I’m happy I’ve found love-Tonto

Tonto Dikeh gave some key insights into her personality..The actress who now bears “Mrs” opened up in a chat with Punch, revealing she has found love .She also says she doesn’t read blogs or know what they are called
Her Personality
I would say I have a great and strong personality. I love myself so much. I am not also as shy as most people think I am. I didn’t let depression eat me up. You have to fight depression and overcome it; I did and won. I started the Tonto Dikeh Foundation so I can help others conquer depression.
On Love
I have not always been lucky with love and relationships but right now, I am happy I’ve found love. I have too many thoughts on marriage and I can spend an entire day speaking about it. I will marry whoever God leads me to. The inspiration behind my hit track, Sugar Rush is the fact that love conquers all.
On Controversies

D’banj ALREADY engaged to one of the Indimi girls?

The kokomaster might just be ready to put his bachelor days behind him!
The last time D’banj talked about marriage was when he turned 34 in June, and he dropped hints that he was taken, maybe already engaged or married though he didn’t reveal to whom.
Viral reports now claim that D’banj may already have proposed to Adama Indimi…..if you take a close look at her left hand (when she was photographed at his mother’s 61st birthday), you’ll see that she’s wearing a large diamond engagement ring.
The birthday celebration was a private event and only very close family attended, the celebrants children, their significant others, and children. Adama Indimi could only have been there as Dbanj’s boo.
Adama Indimi has always been friends with D’Banj and they became even closer in 2012, though many said they were just good friends. Back then, they shared pictures of each other on social media.

“I Wish I Had My Children Earlier” – Peter Okoye

Peter Okoye spoke about parenting in a chat with PUNCH saying he wished he had his children earlier.
The 34 year old father of two said:
I wish that I had my children earlier; I was with their mum for years before we got married. I even had them before we got married. If I had them a long time ago, we would relate more like siblings. If they were teenagers for instance, they would know that their dad is a celebrity and can learn certain things on their own.

On his style of parenting , he said
I keep it young and fresh. People have turned parenting into something else just like marriage. I still live like a young boy; I don’t want to feel and act old. I want my kids to look up to me as role model. I am inspired by the footballer, David Beckham. I want my son to grow up to become my friend. That is why I said I wish I had my children earlier.
On if fatherhood has restricted him in any way
Everyone knows that I’m a crazy person on stage. I take off my shirt on stage and the fact that I am married with kids doesn’t change that. It’s called showbizness and that is what I do for a living. When I get on stage, I put aside every other thing and simply enjoy the show.

Army arrests ex-militant leader as lawyer threatens legal action

Soldiers suspected to be from the 4th Brigade of the Nigerian Army, Benin, Edo State Capital, have arrested an ex-militant leader, Aboy Francis Muturu, at his residence in Bomadi Town of Delta State.
The former militant, sources said, was arrested in the presence of his breastfeeding wife in the early hours of Friday last week.
It was not clear if he was arrested in connection with the activities of the new militant group, Niger Delta Avengers, responsible for the series of attacks on oil facilities in the region in recent times.
Findings by our correspondent reveal that the ex-militant kingpin was among those to have voluntarily embraced the amnesty programme initiated by the erstwhile President Musa Yar’Adua.
It was gathered that General Aboy as he is fondly called was immediately whisked to an unknown destination and has been kept incommunicado from family members Ijaw leaders.
The former militant’s wife, Mrs. Beauty Aboy Muturu, confirmed the arrest to our correspondent when contacted on the telephone.
Meanwhile, a prominent Warri lawyer and National coordinator, Conference for the actualisation of Human Right, Mr Omes Ogedegbe, on Monday threatened legal action against the Nigerian Army over the arrest.
Ogedegbe, who claimed to be lawyer to the ex-militant, in an open letter to the Army Chief of Staff, described the arrest as provocative and illegal.
The arrested ex-militant’s lawyer said, “That upon the embrace of the amnesty programme, our client has long denounced militancy as he is currently the managing director of Vicmut Hotels Limited located in Bomadi main town with a laudable staff strength.
“That since the abduction of Ex-Militant General Aboy Francis Muturu on the 7th of June, 2016, the whereabouts of ex-General Aboy Francis Muturu has remained unknown neither has the family any clue as to his whereabouts save for the fact that Capt. Robert of the 222 battalion was part of the team.”
Ogedegbe noted should the Nigerian Army fail to release the ex-militant leader within the next 48 hours counting from Monday it would institute a legal action to enforce the fundamental human rights of the former warlord.
When contacted on the development, Capt. Jonah Unuakhalu, Assistant Director, Public Relations Unit of the 4 Brigade Benin, denied knowledge of the incident but promised to investigate and get back to our correspondent.
